1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the ShirtBeat website (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. ShirtBeat is a sole proprietorship operated by Hamza Ali, with a registered address at Block C, Media Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan ("we", "us", "our").

2. Seller of record

ShirtBeat is the seller of record for every order placed through the Site. We are responsible for the transaction, customer service, refunds, and compliance with applicable consumer protection law. Our print and fulfilment partners produce and ship your order on our behalf but are not party to the sale.

3. Product descriptions & colour accuracy

We do our best to describe our products and display their colours accurately, but we can't guarantee that your device's display reproduces colours exactly. Small variation in print placement, tone, and garment measurements is normal for made-to-order apparel and is not considered a defect.

4. Pricing and currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable duties or local taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order — including after acceptance — for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and will refund you in full if we do.

Because items are made to order, you can request a change or cancellation within approximately 12 hours of placing your order. After production has started we can't pull it back.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos, product photography, and website content are owned by ShirtBeat or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchase of a ShirtBeat product gives you the right to use the physical product for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any ShirtBeat design or imagery without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShirtBeat's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under non-excludable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with disputes heard in the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with disputes heard in the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
