Every ShirtBeat tee is made to order and shipped from the print facility closest to you. Flat $4.65 shipping in the US, and low-cost tracked delivery everywhere else.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the production facility. Give the carrier 24 – 48 hours to update the first scan.
Customs, duties & VAT
For UK and EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout wherever possible, so nothing extra is charged on delivery. For other destinations, any local import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before you check out. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, you're responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or the tracking shows it as delivered but you never received it, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll get a replacement out to you.
Multiple items
Orders with several items may ship in separate packages if they're produced at different facilities. You'll get a tracking link for each one.
Changes & cancellations
We can change or cancel an order for the first ~12 hours after checkout. After that, production has usually started and we can't pull it back.
